Microwave
- Don't thaw your meal.
- Remove the sleeve.
- Peel back the film of the packaging slightly & microwave for 6-8 minutes (800w).
- Stir thoroughly and enjoy!
Wok/Pan
- Transfer the meal from freezer to chiller one day before you plan to consume your meal, to let it thaw.
- Then stir fry in a wok or pan using medium flame and without adding any oil.
Steaming
- Transfer the meal from freezer to chiller one day before you plan to consume your meal, to let it thaw.
- Bring the water in the steamer to boil.
- Transfer the thawed meal from the packaging to a heat-safe container and steam for 10 minutes.
- Do not over-steam as this will cause the meal to be too watery.
Oven
- Transfer the meal from freezer to chiller one day before you plan to consume your meal, to let it thaw.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Transfer the thawed meal from the packaging to an oven-safe container and cover with wax paper so the food doesn’t dry out.
- Heat in the oven for 10 minutes. This method is the best way to reheat our Baked Cheesy Pasta.
