Reheating Instructions (4 Methods)

Microwave

  1. Don't thaw your meal.
  2. Remove the sleeve.
  3. Peel back the film of the packaging slightly & microwave for 6-8 minutes (800w).
  4. Stir thoroughly and enjoy!

Wok/Pan

  1. Transfer the meal from freezer to chiller one day before you plan to consume your meal, to let it thaw.
  2. Then stir fry in a wok or pan using medium flame and without adding any oil.

Steaming

  1. Transfer the meal from freezer to chiller one day before you plan to consume your meal, to let it thaw.
  2. Bring the water in the steamer to boil.
  3. Transfer the thawed meal from the packaging to a heat-safe container and steam for 10 minutes.
  4. Do not over-steam as this will cause the meal to be too watery.

Oven

  1. Transfer the meal from freezer to chiller one day before you plan to consume your meal, to let it thaw.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  3. Transfer the thawed meal from the packaging to an oven-safe container and cover with wax paper so the food doesn’t dry out.
  4. Heat in the oven for 10 minutes. This method is the best way to reheat our Baked Cheesy Pasta.
