Purchase Options Policy

 

 

Some items in our store may be offered to you as Product Options with Deferred Deliveries, like the multi-week Meal Packages. This policy lays out how you can control such purchases after you have placed your order.


Individual Orders

Every order you place at HealthFull is an individual order, without any commitment from your side to renew such order or place additional orders in the future.

HealthFull does not offer any manual or automatic order renewal options, nor does HealthFull sell any form of subscriptions. The only way to repeat a purchase is to place a similar order again.

Credit Card Details

HealthFull does not store your credit card details.

On our checkout page, the actual payment transaction is handled by Shopify, our payment processing partner. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends by default to all stores powered by Shopify, and that's why we are able to provide you with a payment solution that meets the highest security standards in the financial world.

During the checkout process you have the option to store your credit card details to make future checkouts faster. If you agree, your credit card data will be stored securely by our payment processor, not by HealthFull. 

Multi-week Meal Packages

When you purchase any multi-week Meal Package, you will pay once, when placing the order, and you'll receive repeated weekly deliveries, also called Deferred Deliveries. The actual number of deliveries is based on the Meal Package duration that you select.

Your order confirmation email will contain a unique link to your personal order control panel. 
Via the order control panel you can:

  • Pause upcoming deliveries, and restart them again.
  • Additional functions will be launched at a future date.

Mult-week Meal Packages are non-refundable.

Product Availability Disclaimer

It is possible that a particular meal will not be available for an upcoming delivery. Any meal of similar size and quality may be substituted by HealthFull at its discretion.

Prior to the delivery date, our customer support team will contact you to confirm the replacement meal. Your timely feedback will assist us in ensuring the replacement is handled in a mutually acceptable manner, however your confirmation is not required for the product replacement to take place.
