Shipping policy


 

  • Delivery costs are SGD 9.90 for regular orders.

  • FREE shipping is provided for all orders of SGD 99 and more, and on all meal package deliveries.

  • Deliveries after 6:00 pm are subject to a surcharge of SGD 3


  • After you place your order, our Suggested Delivery Date will be shared with you via email. You can postpone this Suggested Delivery Date, and request a preferred Delivery Time Slot by responding to that email.

  • Multi-week Meal Packages will be delivered once a week, at a fixed day.

  • The Suggested Delivery Date will be determined based on the availability of products and adjusted to the routes of our drivers. It's our goal to have your order available for delivery as soon as possible.

  • All our products are frozen, and delivered to you in a reusable insulated bag, straight from our main warehouse.
